Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Ship It Back
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return at our studio, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue your store credit within 7-10 business days.
